The achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to earn clients’ trust by embracing best practices across every aspect of our operations. In that spirit, we look forward to refining our ISMS going forward to ensure the security and integrity of customers’ data.

ISMS Basic Policies

ALVIS Inc. (the Company) is committed to company-wide information security based on the following policies to protect our information assets and those entrusted to us by our clients from threats such as security incidents, disasters, and crimes, and to earn the trust of our clients and society.

1. Management responsibilities
   The Company shall strive to systematically and continuously improve and enhance information security under the direction of management.
2. Establishment of internal systems
   The Company shall establish an internal organization for the maintenance and improvement of information security, and shall define information security measures as official company policies.
3. Employee engagement
   Employees of the Company shall acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and ensure that the Company is fully committed to information security.
4. Compliance with legal and contractual requirements
   The Company complies with all laws, regulations, codes, and contractual obligations related to information security, and meets the expectations of its clients.
5. Response to violations and security incidents
   The Company will take appropriate action in the event of any violation of laws and regulations, breach of contract, or incident related to information security, and will strive to prevent recurrence.
